Janice McFarland

Janice McFarland has seen many students gain the benefits of practicing Pilates since she began teaching in 1998. She opened BODY reFORM in September 2000. Janice, certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor, has over 30 years experience teaching fitness classes. She is a devoted runner and cyclist and has completed a yearlong cycling tour of the world with her husband and two teenagers.

Sheli Potmesil

Sheli Potmesil holds a fine arts degree in Dance and has over 12 years of professional dancing experience. She is a fully certified Stott Pilates instructor, receiving her first certification in 2005. Besides Pilates, she has taught a variety of movement styles including ballet, modern and dance aerobics. Her study of many mind-body methods and her experience as a Mom also enriches her teaching.

Nicole Cisler

Nicole was a professionally ballet dancer for 15 years, dancing with the Cincinnati and Milwaukee Ballet companies. She then earned a BA of Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison after retiring and has been teaching ballet since. It was as a dancer that she discovered the benefits of Pilates for both rehabilitation and a body friendly workout and is very excited to be teaching Pilates at BODY reForm studios.

Ai Ling

Ai Ling loves the gift of movement. At school, she played a variety of sports including netball, a British game akin to basketball. She is a gym rat turned group exercise instructor and a National Academy of Sports Medicine qualified personal trainer in 2017. She loves teaching injury – free classes for the purpose of functionality and longevity. Fit to the Core has cardio and strength, core, balance and flexibility components all in 55 minutes. It is a fun class. You leave class feeling great and glad that you are Fitter to the Core .
