Beth Trigilio began working in fitness as a high school swim coach while in college. Since that time, she has taught a variety of fitness classes and began personal training in 2012. Studying to be a massage practitioner strengthened her knowledge of anatomy further. She began participating in Pilates at Body Reform during a time when other forms of fitness felt as if they were tearing her down, not building her up. Once these injuries and imbalances were resolved, she was able to once again enjoy an array of fitness activities.
