Three classes to choose from ….These MELT basics classes are designed to enable you to MELT at home. Each class focuses on a specific area of the body using the nine basic MELT moves with a soft ball and soft foam roller. MELTing on your own is a unique and powerful way to help yourself be more comfortable in your body. To receive a full refund, 48-hour cancellation is required. If space is available, a missed class can be made up in a future session.
October 27 – MELT Basics for Hands, Feet and Centering
Learn the three most effective MELT sequences. The Hand Treatment, the Foot Treatment and the Rebalance Sequence hydrate the connective tissue (fascia) of your body creating a more fluid environment for your muscles, bones and organs. Experience less wear and tear and an immediate release of stress.
November 3 – MELT your low back back, Hips, Pelvis and Legs
We will start with the feet. The feet impact everything above them. We will also hydrate the legs, hips, pelvis and lower back using a soft foam roller. You will feel like you have received a massage that you can duplicate on your own whenever you feel like treating yourself special!
November 10 – MELT your Neck, Upper Back, Shoulders and Hands
Dehydration in the hands can affect the neck, shoulders and upper back so we will start with the hands using a soft ball and work our way up, ending with the neck release. You will love the freedom you will feel and you will be able to duplicate this at home.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, BUT MUST BE ABLE TO GET ON AND OFF THE FLOOR FOR ROLLER MOVES.
