July 7 – MELT Basics for Hands, Feet and Centering

July 14 – MELT your low back back, Hips, Pelvis and Legs

We will start with the feet.  The feet impact everything above them.  We will also hydrate the legs, hips, pelvis and lower back using a soft foam roller.  You will feel like you have received a massage that you can duplicate on your own whenever you feel like treating yourself special!

July 21 – MELT your Neck, Upper Back, Shoulders and Hands

Dehydration in the hands can affect the neck, shoulders and upper back so we will start with the hands using a soft ball and work our way up, ending with the neck release.  You will love the freedom you will feel and you will be able to duplicate this at home.
