Intro to Mat is a great starting point for beginners or those who need a refresher. Learn the Five Basic Principles of STOTT Pilates, building a foundation of exercises to move onto the next level. This mat-based workout is designed to help students develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength & stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Students are welcome to stay in the Intro to Mat class until feeling confident enough to enter the next level. This series is a pre-requisite for all other Pilates’ classes at BODY reFORM.
